I am Matt Paxson. I have been buying and selling real estate across Virginia for 15 years and I have closed more than 1,000 deals.

Where do you meet?
In person across Virginia, including Richmond and Fredericksburg, often on site at properties or over a happy hour. Weekly calls are on Zoom. The next meeting is posted at the top of this page and sent to members by email.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final. The $500 onboarding fee and monthly payments are non-refundable once processed, because you get immediate access to the onboarding call, templates, and libraries. You can cancel future monthly payments at any time.
